Cancellation Policy

Deposits are now required to be paid with bookings online at 50% of treatment price to book in. Please where possible give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment with us so we can reschedule your appointment for another time suitable.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee without a valid reason & No shows will be charged the fee. Payment can also be deducted from any outstanding gift vouchers.
